Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-8 business days (depending on when an order is placed in relation to the weekly roasting day).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders over $40 include free shipping.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup options in the Greater Boston area. Pickup orders are available during posted available hours once you receive a fulfillment notification.

Refunds & Returns

We cannot offer refunds for opened coffee bags, without exception.

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or defective, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your invoice number and a photo of the incorrect/defective item.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement with the correct product at no extra cost.

Please double-check your order details (such as grind size) before checking out. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders due to customer error. Thank you for your understanding!
