Fruit notes from a natural Ethiopian (Shoondhisa) and cakey sweetness from a washed Mexico (San Francisco Ozolotepec) make for a decadent and syrupy blend. Hints of cranberry sauce, warm gingersnap, and rich buttercream frosting are meant to evoke cozy comforts of winter.
Among the many special features of New England winters, snow is my favorite; I feel happier when it arrives. With it comes necessary rest and reset for the coming spring and summer. Although the drudgery of winter can be a slough, there are beautiful moments I enjoy. The days when sunshine reflects off a freshly settled layer of snow are some of the most bright and glowing ones of the year. Sno-Glo encapsulates a glimmer of warmth in the colder months. Stay cozy!
