A collaboration among several producers in the Jinotega region begets this distinct coffee that consistently shines with a clean, juicy profile and potent sweetness. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of honeycrisp apple, peach, and raspberry, with a smooth, tea-like body and floral undertones that highlight a crisp acidity.

Introducing a Pacamara microlot from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers (GMCG). Pacamara – a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype, known for its large beans and exceptional cup quality – is generally a low-yielding variety. Nonetheless, GMCG has refined its stock through multiple years of careful harvests, ensuring its unique flavor attributes shine in the final product. Farmers’ expertise is evident at every stage, from selecting only the ripest cherries to precise washing and drying. This coffee is a beauty, and I’m honored to feature another offering from GMCG.
